What I want for Christmas

Oh my Riley has lost her tooth. This tooth takes the record. It hung on for 6 months. Riley would barely let you touch the tooth. Her fingers were in her mouth constantly, but there was no results. This past week it was really loose, but Riley hates feeling pain so she would just wiggle it with her tongue and fingers until it hurt then stop. She looked funny with her tooth poking out past the the rest. Brian asked her to let him look at it and he just pulled and it came out. Riley is the one that needs help in tooth pulling. Her other teeth come in before the old one comes out.

NO MORE training wheels

Preston has been begging to have the training wheels taken off of his bike. We told him not until he can reach the ground. Well he has waited and he showed us that he could touch the ground. On his first try he took off. There wasn't any crashing or crying. I guess children know when they are ready to take the next step. As a parent I don't want any pain, but that is how they grow. Three years old and riding a bike without support was just a scary thought.

PaRty!

Wesley was so excited for his party. He said that school wouldn't go fast enough. He wanted to open presents and eat cake right when he got home. This was the easiest cake ever and so fun to make. It took longer to cook the 4 round cakes than it took to decorate. Wesley loved it. He loves chocolate and that is what the cake was made of.

Brian was so excited to get Wesley his first gun. They are planning a trip to Arizona together to hunt Javalina. After getting his gun. Wesley and Brian went to the shooting range and Wesley hit the inner circle of the bulls eye every time.

Happy Birthday Wesley
