Best Friends

Best Friends, we all have them in our lives.

Preston is lucky to have found his so young.

These two are just the best of friends.

They both love cars and are just silly together.

They both bring out the crazy side of each other.

Everyone needs a buddy!

First day of School

The first day of school was exciting for Wesley and Riley.

Preston on the other hand was bored out of his mind.

We played and played and played some more.

Preston didn't know what to do with just Annie and me.

He starts Preschool in a few weeks.

Wow! Wesley is in the 4th Grade.

Summer is hard, but you miss them when they are gone.

Riley is in the 1st Grade. All day is an adjustment for me.

Lazy Summer Days

Remember the days when school was out. It was hot and there wasn't a worry in the world.

We went swimming, vacations, family reunions, cousins sleepovers, Special weeks with Grandma and Grandpa. Had a baby in the middle of it all.

What a summer it has been!

Swimming Lessons

We have the best swim teacher ever!

She has turned my three into little fish.

They love to swim!

Riley is swimming laps around everyone. She has picked up on the strokes so fast.

Preston loves swimming, but has a little separation anxiety when it comes to lessons.

Wesley is ready for a swim team. He loves the competition.

He is getting the flip turn down, and loves diving into the pool.

COMING HOME

I called Tuesday morning to see how Annie was doing and they said that she could come home. Hurray! After nine days in the hospital she is released to us. We are really nervous about her eating enough and staying warm. I guess you get the nervous butterflies whenever you bring home a new baby.

Having clothes on for the first time was different for her.

I think she prefers to be naked.

The car seat was way too big for this little lady.

Big Sister Riley was so excited to hold Annie.
Preston was shocked that Riley dared to touch Annie.


After seeing Riley hold Annie Preston decided he could do it too.

Wesley was as cozy holding Annie as she was in his arms.

The Kids had swimming lessons the next morning after bringing Annie home and everyone needed a turn to say goodbye.

Preston can't get enough of little sister.

Riley won't go anywhere without Annie.

Wesley won't admit it, but he wants to hold her and

be next to Annie as much as he can.

Baby Annie loves being home. She is our little sweetheart

Siblings Visits

The kids were allowed to come visit Annie while still in the hospital.

They were only able to come in one at a time.

The nurse took the photos while Brian guarded the baby from the floor.

Wesley loved to hold Annie. He said that her fingers felt like caterpillars.

Preston took one look at Annie and said put her back.

Riley said that Annie 's nose felt like a bubble.
